There is another pokemon called Missingno. It seems to level down until a certain level then it starts to go up again. It makes your guy look weird until it finds a permanent form. It is very hard to catch at least be in level 50-60 and have strong pokemon. It had the same attacks as my Gyrados but in a different order. It's probably something to do with who fought it. To catch him (be careful, he mixes your game up and it doesn't repair sometimes:( ) talk to the old man in Veridian City and say your not busy. Then fly (or whatever) to Cinnabar Island and surf along the east coast. You might also end up catching a different gibbled one of a LEVEL 160 (or something like that) AREODACTYL, WARTORTLE, MUK, MAGNEMITE, OR SOME OTHER RARE POKEMON!!! If it mixes your game up don't say I didn't warn you...
This next part is a Pokemon Walkthrough all the way to Misty. (I finished this game, I'm not putting any extra information because I don't want to ruin it)
First you walk out of your house. Then try to go North into the grass and proffessor Oak will stop you. He'll take you back to his house. Inside Gary will show up and both of you will get to choose a Pokemon. You get first choice but he will get a Pokemon in his favour. It is recommended that you chose Bulbasaur because he can kick Brock's and Misty's Pokemon. Second would be Squirtle because he can kick Brocks Pokemon but probably end up tieing Misty's Pokemon. And Charmander.... Do not pick him! Brock and Misty can kick him! But all of them are about equal at the end. After you choose your Pokemon you get to fight Gary! It doesn't matter if you win or lose you only get a bit of cash. Once your healed go north to Viridian City. Go into the Poke Mart and get the parcel. Remember to heal your Pokemon and go back down to Pallet Town. Give the Parcel to Oak and get your Pokedex. Next go to your house, get healed, go to Gary's house, get the map, go back to Viridian City and buy some Poke Balls! Go west into the grassy field. If you want go a bit farther and fight Gary again. (I'd wait till towards the end of the game when you have to go there later, you get more experience) Once your ready go into the grassy fields below Viridian City and catch a bit more and get healed. Once you have about 4 or more Pokemon get healed, go North to Viridian forest. Once you get through it go get healed and try fighting Brock you first have to fight Jr Trainer then Brock. Once finised you may want to go to the Museum. Then goeast to Mt.Moon. You might want to buy the Magikarp because after a while it'll get very powerful... Then go into Mt.Moon. Once your out go east untill you reach a city. Go into the gym and fight the trainers. Use either Bulbasaur (Ivysaur, Venusaur), Pikachu, or if your have none of those use Paras (Parasect).
Pokemon has or will have different versions of the game. The colors are Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold and Silver. Red is in Japaneese and English and it is already out. Blue is just like red but with 11 different Pokemon. Green I think (not sure yet, but I played it kinda) is just like red and blue but with even different Pokemon, but it's in Japaneese. In Yellow you get to start with Pikachu but I'm not sure of much else about it other than it's already in Japaneese, but it's going to be in English very soon. Silver and Gold are both not out yet. They are an expansion to the earlier pokemon games. They both are going to have different Pokemon from what I read.
